Yet, sometimes, these very emotions, when carried to an extreme, cause us to break down and then break through to the song of Ekstasis. This is a risky way to go as well as an extremely difficult one, because more often the breakdown just stays broken for a long time and then we retreat back to a more crippled version of our original selves.

A far better way to become ever more aware of our essentially holistic nature is to work at keeping our hearts open, seeing relationships, being earthed and centered and connected. In a meditation, someone (and I suspect it was this Singer) asked me to let go of all of my defenses. I argued that surely we needed defenses in this world in order to survive. I was firmly but lovingly told, “It is only by letting go of all your defenses that you become invulnerable.”

That gave me such a strong shock of recognizing the rightness of it that I couldn’t even breathe for a moment. But then, still reluctant (because it sounded like a big job), I muttered that I didn’t think I knew how to do that or even what all my defenses were. I was assured kindly that I would receive help if I asked for it. And I know that you will be given the same aid, too.

Wild compassion is what is active in your life when something is a hidden blessing. In some spiritual traditions this is known as obscuring grace. When the situation is happening however, it will often seem absolutely impossible to the mind that you could ever feel gratitude for what is taking place. As you take this journey you will come to realize you are not just another blob of light having a life experience in this Universe, one amongst the many, not particularly known or loved or acknowledged. In fact, the Universe loves and cares for you with such personal, intimate detail that your every need is anticipated and responded to with care. The best way to respond to wild compassion is to allow yourself to be wild too. That means not being afraid to let go of the script of your life, to think on your feet (or even better, to let your instincts move your feet and not think so much at all), to let yourself intuitively respond to life, as though you were in a dance together rather than a boxing match! You don’t have to duck and weave to avoid what life sends your way. You can play, engage, be curious, sometimes feel pain but always understand that the pain – because sometimes pain is an unavoidable part of life – is part of the healing the Divine is sending your way. It is not out of cruelty. Sometimes the pain of letting something go now saves you from the agony of having what is not meant for you, causing you far greater suffering over the long-term.

Wild compassion is not always painful. Often it is utterly joyful. It sweeps in and before your eyes, what was considered an opportunity for a small gain becomes a trigger for a cascading flow of divine blessings into your life. Wild compassion provides whatever is needed for your deepest and most soul-satisfying success. It is neutral, it is wise and it serves the higher will of the Universe. It cannot be controlled by the mind, nor is it often understood by the mind (except in hindsight, upon occasion). It cannot be thwarted or blocked by human will, yet it is our choice whether or not to embrace and enjoy it (even if we find it mysterious) or resist and fear its workings in our lives. For those reasons you can trust it completely. It is the hand of the Divine, sweeping in and uprooting what needs to be removed and planting what needs to be planted. It might be stark at times, but it is always loving. And no matter what you believe at the time, eventually you will be grateful.

When the Golden Light appears, it is a sign that everything in your life, even the most troubling matters, is going to work out perfectly. They are held in the graceful hand of the Divine, and will be resolved more swiftly and beautifully than you might expect.

The Golden Light is a very real phenomenon, although you may only perceive it when you are particularly relaxed and your clairvoyance is already developed. However, whether you see it physically or not, it is real and powerful. If you could see it clairvoyantly, it would look similar to the golden rays of a setting sun. The same warm, loving glow is cast over your heart and mind when the Golden Light is shining upon you. If you are in a room when it comes upon you, you will wonder if a light has been switched, as the glow is as noticeable as if a lamp had been placed in your room, its warmth illuminating the space.

In truth, grace and divine assistance are always there for the asking, but there are times when we are in need of extra support. During such times, ironically enough, we can forget to ask for help.

When you ask for confirmation, it will come. The more open you are, the more quickly the confirmation can reach you in the form of signs, conversations and serendipitous happenings. You can call upon the Eight Immortals and any being that loves you unconditionally and trust that you will receive quality guidance. The process below will help you to be still and connect with it through your own heart, beloved, which contains great wisdom and peace to guide you.

Eight Immortals Healing: 
Take a pen and some paper, or journal, and write a letter to the ‘Higher Guidance that Love Me Unconditionally’ and let them know what you need guidance on, or what guidance you need confirmed or revised. Write the letter, read it aloud, then seal it up and place it in a sacred space, perhaps in your journal, or with a crystal on top in your bedroom or meditation space. Close your eyes and visualize Eight beings of unconditional divine love all around you. we know that in the world of the air, there is often a need to choose between what is wanted now, and what it is best to wait for... and in your language is sometimes me and sacrifice. We have heard of the stories you have told each other... And the deities of the land and the sky have done this... in the ocean there have been great sacrifices to. The whales sometimes have Beach themselves to feed their communities of people - your ancestors. They are more evolved and they know that at times, the individual lifetime is not as sacred as the souls evolution. In your world, there is the tale of the great deities of masculine power, Odin, the father God of your Nordic peoples, and how he drank from a pool of wisdom - water, the wisdom bringer - and then hung on the ash tree oh, Yggdrasil 49 nights, returning to the world without one eye, but with knowledge. We have heard from the biking that he did not regret his sacrifice - that he knew that to gain the knowledge, something had to be given up. You have heard of the goddess of the people of the far north of the Americas as you called them - the Inuits, and their goddess Sedna, whose father cut her fingers from her hands to stop her clean to the side of his boat. Some say this was sacrifice... But this was not her choice... and so we wonder why you sometimes let people steal from you, and claimed it to be a sacrifice. And your tail about us, The Little Mermaid, it is said she chooses to give up her voice, and her ability to swim, and even walks with great pain, just to have the love of a human man. This is a sacrifice... But she gave up what was sacred - herself, and in the end is neither mermaid or woman, not loved, or with Kin... She is alone, as seafoam. So, when you choose to sacrifice something, ask what it is for... Is it safe? Do you want someone to do something in return? Or is it because there is an outcome that is better, truly better, then the perceived loss? Be wise in your sacrifices. Make them, and choose. Else it is nothing but manipulation, and robbery.

Reversed

A refusal to prioritize, which sacrifice ultimately is, choosing what is more important to you, and what is worth giving up in the short-term, for a long-term benefit. Believing you can have it all, simultaneously, and then wondering why this Halo promise never came true. You can create magic, and miracles, and breakthrough and relearn and do the most incredible things. You can absolutely shift your life and make dreams come true, but can't you make every dream come true simultaneously. Not outside the realms of imagination, and even in that room, that coldren of creativity you must choose. So if this card has come to you reversed, you are perhaps attempting to hold on to everything, and refusing to choose, when a choice must be made in order for something should be given the space in the clear time and energy to be created and to create well. clear the clutter. Do not do things because you feel others will think you are good. They may be completely indifferent to you, and the outcome may not be what you imagine it will be. Choose what you are, in every moment, and be clear and strong about your worth. Make the sacrifices that will create the life that gives you not only what you want, but what is good, beautiful, peaceful, educational and inspiring. That will not always be easy. But it will be worth it.

you may be contemplating doing something that is a hardship, or giving up something that is precious to you, in order to demonstrate how important a third option is to you. Remember to make the choice to sacrifice, and that by doing so, you have made what has been offered up holy, and made more sacred the goal you are questing for. Make your sacrifice is wise ones... and be sure to decide whether the sacrifice is the best path. Sometimes people make what they think are sacrifices because they feel others will view them in a certain way, and by doing so they can become martyrs, and wish only to be viewed as good. Remove this from your thinking. See whether you truly wish one thing, or another. And then when you make the choice, and it is freely given, then you have truly made something sacred. The whole process has become Divine and its nature, and the reward is in the space and clearing you have created, into which the great good can be poor. You will be blessed, for you have bless the world with your offering.

If there is an unnecessary pothole or delay in the typical linear path of progression and the curved loop in the path will be quicker, more fun and more beautiful, then why not allow yourself to be guided to that path? The card I have for you today is Temple Of Lapis Lazuli, Goddess of the Ancient Skies. Your Soul is very ancient, beloved, and does not only herald from the Earth. It holds much special wisdom of Star People from civilizations far and near, with unique high vibrational awareness that can help humanity transition from a civilization based in fear to a love-based culture. You are guided to come into deeper acceptance of your own inner knowing now. Ancient souls with experience of consciousness and community from more spiritually advanced civilizations are here on this planet to be themselves to the fullest extent possible in order to help support each other and heal human culture so that the planet may thrive. The challenge can be that such ancient souls can feel out-of-place here on Earth for a time, as they go through an adjustment process and remember their healing mission on this planet. These souls hold much inner wisdom of Star Peoples and civilizations far and wide in this galaxy and beyond. This inner wisdom vibrates at a higher level than the frequencies of fear, aggression, dominance, and disconnection that are a part of the global human wounding they are here to help heal. This is why ancient souls are needed of course, to help offer a different reality which is more whole and connected to oneness and love, but the challenge is not to lose belief and honouring of your own true inner wisdom and deep Soul truths whilst becoming a member of a culture that is still so different to yours.

Guidance does not have to make logical sense, though often at a higher level you will perceive a higher Divine logic in the guidance, it just needs to feel as though it makes your heart expand, and that will be a sign for you that it is your truth.

Ritual To Heal In The Temple Of Lapis Lazuli: “If you have any crystal pieces of Lapis, any jewelry or any deep blue toned clothing, candles or crustals, such as sodalite, that you would like to use in your healing space as you complete this Ritual, please do so. You may also wish to use any crystal that aligns with the higher vibrations of the crown chakra, such as phenacite, apophyllite, danburite or clear quart, placing them around you as you sit comfortably, with your spine relatively straight.

Close your eyes and imagine traveling within yourself on your breath, until you enter a peaceful, open, vast space behind your eyes.

You sense a vibrant, dark, indigo-blue sky, rich life velvet, dotted with golden lights, like glorious stars. The sky and its stars feel ancient, endless and seem to exist beyond dime and space. You feel at home – longing and heart-opening fill your being, a deep remembering that you cannot quite explain and a sense of love from the great beings that animate the stars.

The rich, blue and gold energies of the sky and stars begin to swirl into patterns, weaving and twisting and turning with joyful dance. You feel yourself drawn by your heart towards it, and it weaves around you, forming a temple of pure energy.

You sense the temple opening all around you. Underneath you, a healing seat has appeared, and the floor, walls and ceiling, and all the furnishings within are gleaming vibrant blue lapis lazuli with flecks of gold pyrite. The light of the stars glows brightly filling every air particle with brightness and peace.

Say aloud, “I receive any transmission and healing in unconditional love now for my greatest good, so be it.”

Imagine you can rest back into your healing seat and gaze to the sky above you that opens as if you were in a cosmic observatory.

You notice certain golden orbs of planets and stars that feel familiar to you deep in your being. Allow yourself to receive love and light from these planets, these places that you have been before, that your Soul vibration recognizes. You may feel joy, sadness, homesickness or peace and delightful recognition as you feel connection with these energies more consciously. Don’t seek to understand, just allow.

Say, “I now choose to receive, through unconditional love, the memories, gifts, talents, awareness and recollection of my stellar wisdom that will assist me now on my path, through my own free will and the grace of Divine Love, so be it!”

Be aware of the light codes, transmissions of sound (whether heard or beyond your physical hearing capacity) and blessings of love that are transmitted to you now either through the crown of your head, or directly behind your eyes into the vast space in which the Temple of Lapis Lazuli sits. Know that whether you are consciously aware of the material or not, it is being offered to you now in unconditional love.

When the transmissions have completed for now, allow the energy to travel right down into the earth below you. As the energy connects with the earth, you feel yourself drawn back towards your body, safely wrapped in the light you have received. You are anchored back to the earth in this love and light, this awareness, deep into your belly and through the soles of your feet. You feel the love that you have for the Earth, the desire that you have to shine your light to help Her and be helped by Her, the deep love that exists between you.

Allow your belly and feet to feel nourished by your earth connection. Enjoy the feeling of having a place to land, an Earth garden to nourish with your Soul light and love so that beauty may grow. Enjoy your sense of belonging on this planet at this time o great spiritual emergence. You are so loved you belong here and are needed.
