Yet, sometimes, these very emotions, when carried to an extreme, cause us to break down and then break through to the song of Ekstasis. This is a risky way to go as well as an extremely difficult one, because more often the breakdown just stays broken for a long time and then we retreat back to a more crippled version of our original selves.

A far better way to become ever more aware of our essentially holistic nature is to work at keeping our hearts open, seeing relationships, being earthed and centered and connected. In a meditation, someone (and I suspect it was this Singer) asked me to let go of all of my defenses. I argued that surely we needed defenses in this world in order to survive. I was firmly but lovingly told, “It is only by letting go of all your defenses that you become invulnerable.”

That gave me such a strong shock of recognizing the rightness of it that I couldn’t even breathe for a moment. But then, still reluctant (because it sounded like a big job), I muttered that I didn’t think I knew how to do that or even what all my defenses were. I was assured kindly that I would receive help if I asked for it. And I know that you will be given the same aid, too.

You can call upon the Eight Immortals and any being that loves you unconditionally and trust that you will receive quality guidance. The process below will help you to be still and connect with it through your own heart, beloved, which contains great wisdom and peace to guide you.

Take a pen and some paper, or journal, and write a letter to the ‘Higher Guidance that Love Me Unconditionally’ and let them know what you need guidance on, or what guidance you need confirmed or revised. Write the letter, read it aloud, then seal it up and place it in a sacred space, perhaps in your journal, or with a crystal on top in your bedroom or meditation space. Close your eyes and visualize Eight beings of unconditional divine love all around you. we know that in the world of the air, there is often a need to choose between what is wanted now, and what it is best to wait for... and in your language is sometimes me and sacrifice. We have heard of the stories you have told each other... And the deities of the land and the sky have done this... in the ocean there have been great sacrifices to. The whales sometimes have Beach themselves to feed their communities of people - your ancestors. They are more evolved and they know that at times, the individual lifetime is not as sacred as the souls evolution. In your world, there is the tale of the great deities of masculine power, Odin, the father God of your Nordic peoples, and how he drank from a pool of wisdom - water, the wisdom bringer - and then hung on the ash tree oh, Yggdrasil 49 nights, returning to the world without one eye, but with knowledge. We have heard from the biking that he did not regret his sacrifice - that he knew that to gain the knowledge, something had to be given up. You have heard of the goddess of the people of the far north of the Americas as you called them - the Inuits, and their goddess Sedna, whose father cut her fingers from her hands to stop her clean to the side of his boat. Some say this was sacrifice... But this was not her choice... and so we wonder why you sometimes let people steal from you, and claimed it to be a sacrifice. And your tail about us, The Little Mermaid, it is said she chooses to give up her voice, and her ability to swim, and even walks with great pain, just to have the love of a human man. This is a sacrifice... But she gave up what was sacred - herself, and in the end is neither mermaid or woman, not loved, or with Kin... She is alone, as seafoam. So, when you choose to sacrifice something, ask what it is for... Is it safe? Do you want someone to do something in return? Or is it because there is an outcome that is better, truly better, then the perceived loss? Be wise in your sacrifices. Make them, and choose. Else it is nothing but manipulation, and robbery.

Reversed

A refusal to prioritize, which sacrifice ultimately is, choosing what is more important to you, and what is worth giving up in the short-term, for a long-term benefit. Believing you can have it all, simultaneously, and then wondering why this Halo promise never came true. You can create magic, and miracles, and breakthrough and relearn and do the most incredible things. You can absolutely shift your life and make dreams come true, but can't you make every dream come true simultaneously. Not outside the realms of imagination, and even in that room, that coldren of creativity you must choose. So if this card has come to you reversed, you are perhaps attempting to hold on to everything, and refusing to choose, when a choice must be made in order for something should be given the space in the clear time and energy to be created and to create well. clear the clutter. Do not do things because you feel others will think you are good. They may be completely indifferent to you, and the outcome may not be what you imagine it will be. Choose what you are, in every moment, and be clear and strong about your worth. Make the sacrifices that will create the life that gives you not only what you want, but what is good, beautiful, peaceful, educational and inspiring. That will not always be easy. Remember to make the choice to sacrifice, and that by doing so, you have made what has been offered up holy, and made more sacred the goal you are questing for. Sometimes people make what they think are sacrifices because they feel others will view them in a certain way, and by doing so they can become martyrs, and wish only to be viewed as good. Remove this from your thinking. See whether you truly wish one thing, or another. And then when you make the choice, and it is freely given, then you have truly made something sacred. The whole process has become Divine and its nature, and the reward is in the space and clearing you have created, into which the great good can be poor. The card I have for you today is Temple Of Lapis Lazuli, Goddess of the Ancient Skies. Your Soul is very ancient, beloved, and does not only herald from the Earth. It holds much special wisdom of Star People from civilizations far and near, with unique high vibrational awareness that can help humanity transition from a civilization based in fear to a love-based culture. You are guided to come into deeper acceptance of your own inner knowing now. Close your eyes and imagine traveling within yourself on your breath, until you enter a peaceful, open, vast space behind your eyes.

As the energy connects with the earth, you feel yourself drawn back towards your body, safely wrapped in the light you have received. Today we have a message for global output. We say unto you that listen, your spirit is calling. Your bodies are what drives you in this space of physicality, but we say unto you... there is so much more. We say to you this, you're more powerful in your spirit form, yet when you're in physicality the body takes over and makes you feel as though there is nothing else. This is what it is like in 3rd density phsyicality. We say to you this, to utilize your spirit force you must pay attention to  it more. With the civilization you're in you're meant to believe that there is not enough time. Oh there are many distractions, yes we say to you... distractions are to lead you away from utilizing your spirit force. Your powerful soul energy could give rise to massive energy surges that could benefit yourself and those around you. It can make drastic global changes, and release power from those that abuse the power. We see this. Your governments have some authorities in place to protect the public, yes we agree to this. But we say unto you... the shadow government oh no. They do not have civilian best interest at heart, not really no. They have their own interest at heart. They manipulate you into giving your power away and feeding into a false perception of life. They are the matrix. They are the ones who want you to feel powerless. Because that way it is easier to manipulate you. If all humanity wanted to make change all it would take would be for half the population to stay inside for one day. Not going to work. Not feeding into the economy. Not feeding into the false daily perception of reality that is your human lives. Only  one half the population inside for one day choosing to say no for just one day... that would make drastic changes. Divide and conquer. They don't want people to come together. Not really no. They want those who are in power to stay in power and stand on the backs of those who have less. But if those on the bottom chose to not support those on the top... those on the top would have to make changes and shift things around. Yes, but they don't want you to know this. They want you to be dumbed down and feeding into the newest trends or the newest items. They want you to focus on making that almighty dollar to pay for all these new things so that you will feel you have no time to grow in your spirit. This is beyond religion. Beyond the believe in the spirit or soul. This is on a physical level of understanding. They don't want you to have time to be happy and to live a positive life. This sounds like a drastically negative message, yet we say there are positives in this. We come to tell you that those ways are changing, and our warriors of light and love are in the spheres of physicality making those changes as we speak. You who read this now, you're apart of it. Rise to the occasion. How? Yes we shall explain. You must follow your heart. Meditate, fill your heart will positive things that make you happy. Be creative. Be loving to all. Share this love freely. Love is free and a dollar amount cannot be placed on it. Give it freely. Love yourself as well. Whatever your spiritual beliefs, be open to those and open to more as you progress and learn more. If you have no spiritual beliefs... try to keep an open mind to those who do. For all religions can rise to a point of getting along. It is about looking above the perspective of religion. You're learning humanity. For this we do see that. Even some of your shadow government people reach out for more. They go through their daily lives playing into their game of life and they say what am I doing here. What am I here for? We even speak to you, shadowed ones.... those of many masks. All. You're here for a reason, all are incarnated in the times of now... the ascension... the age of awakening... the golden dawn... to be more. To learn more. To share more. Adrift: “Letting go, allowing a higher force to take charge for a time.”

The Mermaids Sing: “What is it, to be without direction, without self-determination, without a sense of empowerment? It is always dis-empowering… so this card invites you to contemplate the many aspects of letting go and, as so many of you humans say, so many times it has become a cliche, going with the flow. Sometimes, for all our strength and purpose, we mermaids just let go for a time, especially if there has been great turmoil and we are weak. So, the “Adrift” card suggests that there is a sense of making o effort at all at the moment… that you may be safe, and able to float, but it is up to the tides, and the cycles, and to the waves and to the wind to determine your destination. It can also suggest that there is a lack of urgency for you at the moment – that you are willing to be totally compliant, and to see what happens next – and yet, this is a choice , too. It is as if there is no moving forward, and no retreat… just a moment-by-moment acceptance of all that is taking place, and a very gentle, almost imperceptible willingness to let the tide and current take you where it will. Life Updates

I haven't posted on here in a while. I thought I would update on what's been going on. I am overcoming the pain surrounding the death of my cat Hershey. I still have moments when it comes rushing back, but I am overcoming it. I am progressing and having patience with myself regarding the process. I have also been thinking about a lot of random shit. I'll explain it below in different sections.

Fake Love

Not all love is genuine. There are people in your life who are only there because of what they could get out of it. Or if they do love you, it's not unconditional. I got a message sent to me intuitively a few weeks ago. Here's what it said. "Not everyone wants to see you succeed. Not everyone has honest intentions." The next day someone in my family told me they can't talk to me as much because they don't approve of some of my choices regarding my spirituality and beliefs. By immediate reaction was sadness for this person to feel they have to do that. So many people are caught up in bullshit and they want to bring you down with them. My next thought was that I never asked for your damn approval. I sure as hell don't need your damn approval to follow my heart. There had been other things that happened that made me realize that I need to guard who I give my energy and emotions to. I was in so many words accused of having intentions of stealing a family members business ideas... which I wasn't at all. They played it off, but the initial one I was talking to did accuse me of having ill intentions. It wasn't direct, but it was enough to let me know that I need to guard myself regarding that individual. Not everyone in your life wants to see you do good. Not that we should live our lives being suspicious of everyone, but don't expect everyone in your life to be happy for you in the same way that you're happy for yourself. Do you baby and follow your heart. I have been trying to not be that hating person either. I have been trying to give my energy and emotions to those who give me the same in return. 

Negative Energies

I've suspected negative thoughts and energies being sent my way. To which I say I am doing counteracting measures, and I am not afraid to go dark on a bitch spiritually in my magic. Message sent. 

Expansion

I am heading towards expansions in my beliefs and my understanding of the Gods and reality and life as a whole. It's a lot to take in, and I can say I have evolved to new points, but I am still evolving. The way I see the Gods and Goddesses are not the same way as a year or two ago. That is why I have stopped talking openly about my connections and interactions with the Gods and Goddesses I usually communed with. Not that I am not communing with them, but it's in different ways now. It has evolved... as it should. We don't stay the same so why should our viewpoints on spiritual topics? If you're familiar with this blog, you'll know I have talked a lot about the Norse Gods. I am still connected to Norse Mythology, and I always will be because it's a part of my ancestry. It's in my blood and it's in my soul past. But I am expanding the way I see the Gods and my quest is to learn as much about them as I can. Not them in the sense of how they were seen to humans back in the day, but them as in where they came from. Who they are at a soul level. Where they're from in the scheme of more then just Higher Realms. I believe through my journey in learning more about that, I will learn more about my own soul history. 

Death & Illness

Shit there has been a lot of death and illness I've heard about lately. Many clients of mine who I've done psychic work for have been experiencing death in their lives too. This year I had Hershey my cat die, another stray cat I loved a lot died too. The guy who I would always take my car to get fixed died, and his death was very syncronistic. His business had to be shut down because the owners of the building wouldn't release. He was looking for another place but was unsuccessful. He gave up and decided to retire with his wife. He had just enough time to travel a bit and enjoy time with her before he passed of I think heart issues. My elderly neighbor died of a stroke or heart issues. One of my best friends mom had a stroke and it recovering in a nursing home. A youtuber known as Grampa on GrampaKitchen youtube channel died. I loved that man, he seemed like such a kind soul. And recently John Witherspoon died. My own dad totaled his truck, but he is okay. There's been so much more too. It's crazy. Shit is totally weird this year, and it's not just for me. This year has been a damn doozey on many people. Hopefully 2020 has much better in store for all of us. In a way though, these obstacles of life do make us stronger. I am doing good though, and I am trying to keep motivation and balanced with my depression. I have been doing very good lately emotionally. I am proud of myself for that. Finding The Positive In The Negative

        I'm doing a bit better today, and I know that this is going to be one step at a time. I've really been thinking about things, especially what we are taught nowadays about positivity. Being a positive individual is very important. I try to be as positive as I can. We are taught that if you are positive then you will attract more positive things. While I do believe that is true, I feel as though there is more to it than what is commonly taught. In my work with doing psychic readings for people I've come across many individuals who push their emotions deep down and hide from those negative emotions in an attempt to be more positive. In doing so they will not deal with those negative thoughts and emotions in a positive and beneficial way.

         I have done this myself. I have got to a point where I have hidden from those negative emotions, and I have pushed them aside in an attempt to be more positive. But that is not true positivity. Or at least it would appear to not be true positivity. It would appear to be an illusion. Is that a form of lying to yourself? Or do I really have things messed up? Here's my thinking... We go through obstacles in life in order to strengthen ourselves and to become better people. The negative things that happened to us in our life can have positive influences on us if we learn the lessons that those experiences are about. But in order to receive the lessons from those negative experiences we must not hide from them. We must not push them aside. Of course it's important to not wallow in the pain and make that pain the center of your life. But is it also not healthy to not ever think about those negative experiences? 

          For example recently as you may or may not know one of my cats named Hershey died. That was an extremely painful experience, and it brought up a lot of negative thoughts in my mind. What if I would have blocked out those negative emotions? What if I never questioned them? What if I pretended to not feel them? All in an attempt to remain positive. Maybe I would have overcome the grief faster? Or maybe I would have bottled up those negative things and pushed them deep down inside and only made it an illusion to myself that everything was okay... I don't want to live in an illusion. Positive experiences have many great lessons for us, but the negative experiences also have many great lessons for us. 

          Are people going through their life nowadays trying to manifest positive things with a positive mindset, but missing out on great opportunities to overcome emotional obstacles? I had an uncle who is now passed away and I was told that he used to bottle up his emotions and not deal with them to the point to where it started to become too much, and he would explode at the most simplest things. I'm sure people might have looked at him in those times when he was bottling up those emotions and think that he was handling the situation well. They might think that he was being a very positive individual. All the while deep down inside emotional wounds were festering because he didn't give love and care to those emotional wounds. Meanwhile my dad is one that would express his emotions out. Rarely would he hold his anger or frustration back. It was actually to the point to where he was a bit too hostile. No I don't want to talk shit about my father. In many ways he is a very positive person. But there were times when he would yell so much. Now that I am an adult and I look back at those actions I see that he wallowed in his emotions a bit too much. He would worry and stress about them to the point that it made him so angry and frustrated and he would not be able to release that pain. He would hold onto the pain and live in that negativity. My dad being on one end of the spectrum, and my dad's brother being on the other end of the spectrum. 

        We don't want to hold on to the pain and make the emotional wounds and negative experiences the only part of our life. But we also do not want to hide from the emotional wounds and negative experiences in an attempt to make positivity the only part of our life. Both of those could be very destructive. I hope I'm getting my point clear, and even as I write this I am trying to sort it out in my mind. I want to have a balance of those two. I want to be a positive person, and appreciate the things that I have in life. But I also want to learn the lessons that are presented to me through negative experiences and heal those emotional wounds instead of bottling them up. I believe we need to find a balance between so that we can be the most that we can be. So that we can learn as much as we can. You never know what knowledge and wisdom could come through from attaining such balance, and you never know how many people you might be able to help later on by getting the most out of those situations. This includes helping ourselves in the process. These are just my thoughts from my own perspective as I think them.
