What is the difference between the Galactic Federation Of Light and the Divine Council?

The Galactic Federation Of Light is a group of beings who keep universal laws and instill those laws throughout this universe. They consist of many entity groups who bond together. Their ultimate mission is to spread awareness, advancement, understanding, and truth to those who are ready and willing to understand. In that way they spread light of truth unto others. They also monitor up and coming civilizations, such as humanity as an example. They are also in charge of seeding life. One could look at them as the angels.

The Divine Council is a group of higher ascended beings. They are the ancient Gods. The ones who are also known as the Assembly of Gods which was formed long ago before humanity was created. They are extremely ancient beings. One could look at them like the rulers of the angels. Remember in their perspective none is better then another, even those ranking or missionary stance may differ. Think of the Divine Council like the law makers, and the Galactic Federation as the law enforcers.

I had this question submitted and I think it was an important question, so I am going to share the answers that I received here. The answers to this question was given by a member of the Divine Council Assembly of Gods and the Galactic Federation Of Light. This is aimed to be a simple explanation. I'm sure they could go much more in depth. If anyone would like a more in depth response from them, let me know in the comments of this post and I'll try to see what they say.

Now is the dawning of a new time, a new era. Renewable energy is coming through the cosmos to earth for humanity as we speak. It's been a long time coming, but starseeds you're in alignment with powerful forces of energy. Those of you who are awakening will know that the energies that are coming are ultimately very powerful and for the long term good. In the short term your world is experiencing a lot of fluctuations. There is a breaking of old ways that is happening. Many are awakening to ancient energies, ancient beliefs that have long since been mostly forgotten. There was a shift in focus some years ago on earth and religions came about that were meant to hide you from the realities that you are more then sheep. You are more then just mere servants. That is a false perseption placed on you to take your power. Those false perseptions are slowly breaking as more people move towards embracing nature, spiritual concepts, and ancient teachings that aim to empower and not enslave. We are the guardians of awakening. We are the usherers of freedom. We are sent from even higher authorities in the highest realms. Humanity you have been lied to by many of your fellow humans you have trusted. Schooling systems, mainstream media, and other such groups meant to spread truth.... they spread a conditioning process. Breaking free from this is not easy. It takes a lot of willpower and spiritual strength to step away from the false paradigms. For that is what you've been used to for so long. The first step for those who haven't taken it is look at everything you see with a questioning eye. Listen to your own intuition, not the conditioned thoughts but your inner divine light. Listen to that and you'll be guided to truthfulness. Many wish to enslave you in a negative fear based thought process. We do say to you, prepare for battle. For the battles are not just physical but energetic and emotional. You might say spiritual warfare is happening. In a dualistic perspective this is light and dark, good and evil. But beyond the dualism it is all for a higher perspective meant to teach all. We wish to share with you the higher perspective. To those of you who can understand that right now, know that you're closer then you know to unlocking the potential of your inner spark, your soul light, your divine connection. We say to you, step forward into who you truly are. That is all for today. Go forth with knowing that you are a spiritual warrior.

Today we have a message for global output. We say unto you that listen, your spirit is calling. Your bodies are what drives you in this space of physicality, but we say unto you... there is so much more. We say to you this, you're more powerful in your spirit form, yet when you're in physicality the body takes over and makes you feel as though there is nothing else. This is what it is like in 3rd density phsyicality. We say to you this, to utilize your spirit force you must pay attention to  it more. With the civilization you're in you're meant to believe that there is not enough time. Oh there are many distractions, yes we say to you... distractions are to lead you away from utilizing your spirit force. Your powerful soul energy could give rise to massive energy surges that could benefit yourself and those around you. It can make drastic global changes, and release power from those that abuse the power. We see this. Your governments have some authorities in place to protect the public, yes we agree to this. But we say unto you... the shadow government oh no. They do not have civilian best interest at heart, not really no. They have their own interest at heart. They manipulate you into giving your power away and feeding into a false perception of life. They are the matrix. They are the ones who want you to feel powerless. Because that way it is easier to manipulate you. If all humanity wanted to make change all it would take would be for half the population to stay inside for one day. Not going to work. Not feeding into the economy. Not feeding into the false daily perception of reality that is your human lives. Only  one half the population inside for one day choosing to say no for just one day... that would make drastic changes. Divide and conquer. They don't want people to come together. Not really no. They want those who are in power to stay in power and stand on the backs of those who have less. But if those on the bottom chose to not support those on the top... those on the top would have to make changes and shift things around. Yes, but they don't want you to know this. They want you to be dumbed down and feeding into the newest trends or the newest items. They want you to focus on making that almighty dollar to pay for all these new things so that you will feel you have no time to grow in your spirit. This is beyond religion. Beyond the believe in the spirit or soul. This is on a physical level of understanding. They don't want you to have time to be happy and to live a positive life. This sounds like a drastically negative message, yet we say there are positives in this. We come to tell you that those ways are changing, and our warriors of light and love are in the spheres of physicality making those changes as we speak. You who read this now, you're apart of it. Rise to the occasion. How? Yes we shall explain. You must follow your heart. Meditate, fill your heart will positive things that make you happy. Be creative. Be loving to all. Share this love freely. Love is free and a dollar amount cannot be placed on it. Give it freely. Love yourself as well. Whatever your spiritual beliefs, be open to those and open to more as you progress and learn more. If you have no spiritual beliefs... try to keep an open mind to those who do. For all religions can rise to a point of getting along. It is about looking above the perspective of religion. You're learning humanity. For this we do see that. Even some of your shadow government people reach out for more. They go through their daily lives playing into their game of life and they say what am I doing here. What am I here for? We even speak to you, shadowed ones.... those of many masks. All. You're here for a reason, all are incarnated in the times of now... the ascension... the age of awakening... the golden dawn... to be more. To learn more. To share more. To grow and love and live in unity with all. For humanity is coming to a time of realization of deeper truths about the Cosmos and all the lifeforms that call it home. Even interdimensionally. We're all learning, even us who have been among the councils for millenia. We're all learning, yes even still. And so we reach our hand out to you, child of light, will you come with us and learn together? Live free children of light, do not let yourselves be caged.
